Shortly after writing this post Misson: Joy yesterday, I signed up for some volunteer opportunities, and something unexpected landed in my Inbox today: to record audiobooks for underprivileged children in India.
It is a totally anonymous volunteering opportunity. I don’t know which NGO these audiobooks go to, and which kids get to listen to them. This is aligned with the spirit of this blog and podcast – these recordings are created for No One in Particular.
I am creating a third channel, Audiobooks, to upload recordings of books I have enjoyed reading aloud to my kids hundreds of times, in the hope that they will reach other kids in India who may also enjoy listening to these delightful stories.
